It incorporates elements of various religious or spiritual traditions, but it can also be non-denominational and inclusive of diverse spiritual perspectives. Within a Spiritual Counseling session I will assist individuals in finding purpose, meaning, and inner peace, offering support for personal growth and navigating life's challenges from a spiritual standpoint. The goal is to foster a deeper understanding of one's spiritual journey and to promote a sense of well-being and harmony.
